Welcome to Amy Cinnamond Hypnosis. By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions
• "Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Amy Cinnamond Hypnosis.
• "Client," "you," or "your" refers to the individual engaging our hypnotherapy services.
2. Services Offered
We provide hypnotherapy services aimed at addressing various personal challenges, including stress reduction, behavioural changes, and self-improvement. All sessions are conducted by a certified hypnotherapist.
3. Client Responsibilities
• You agree to be open and honest in all sessions, disclosing any medical or psychological conditions that may impact your treatment.
• You acknowledge that the effectiveness of the therapy is contingent upon the information you provide and confirm its accuracy and that Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
• You understand you are obliged to inform the Practitioner of any changes in mental or physical health that could affect the therapeutic approach.
• You are encouraged to participate actively in the process. You may choose to start or discontinue the sessions at any time. However, you understand that the Practitioner does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health issues.
• You agree to complete the number of sessions specified during your initial consultation.
We adhere to the highest standards of professional conduct as determined by our governing bodies. By participating in your session, you agree to the following:
• To arrive free from drugs and alcohol (except as prescribed by a physician).
• To refrain from harming yourself or others, including Company staff and property.
• To approach therapy seriously and treat the Company and its therapists with respect.
If you engage in violent, abusive, or antisocial behaviour, we reserve the right to terminate the session and any future appointments without refund.
Please wear appropriate attire during sessions for both comfort and a professional atmosphere.
Attendance under the influence of alcohol or drugs will result in termination of the session and/or program, with no refund issued.
Should you choose to discontinue the process, you may do so at any time; however, refunds cannot be issued after the initial 14 days following payment, or if sessions have already commenced within that period.
4. Sessions
Each session typically lasts 60-90 minutes. If you are being collected, please ensure that your transport arrives punctually as we may need to prepare for the next appointment. Late arrivals will not result in extended session time.
Sessions are held at the Amy Cinnamond Hypnosis Office, and online consultations or home visits may be arranged during the initial consultation. Please note that home visits may incur additional travel fees if located outside the Stockton-On-Tees area.
5. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule appointments without incurring a fee, provided that notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. This consideration assists us in effectively managing our schedule and accommodating other clients.
6. Pricing and Payment
All service fees are communicated clearly before your appointment. Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your sessions. Accepted payment methods include BACS, Stripe, and Klarna. Payment on a per-session basis may be considered but is not guaranteed. You are required to settle your invoice within 24 hours prior to your first session.
7. Cancellation Policy
We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow us to offer the slot to another client. For clients who have paid for their program in full, no cancellation or rescheduling fee will apply. For those paying per session, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice. A “no-show” will incur a charge of 75% of the scheduled fee.
The Company reserves the right to cancel an appointment at its discretion, with as much notice as possible. We are not liable for any financial or other repercussions from such cancellations.
8. Refund Policy
In accordance with UK law, clients are entitled to a full refund if an appointment is canceled within 14 days of booking, provided that the appointment has not already taken place. Refund requests should be directed to connect@amycinnamond.com. Confirmation of your request will be provided, and refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide effective hypnotherapy services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. The Company is not liable for any adverse reactions or consequences associated with the use of our services. Individual results may vary.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
11. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update our Terms and Conditions as needed . Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued engagement with our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Confidentiality
All client information and the contents of sessions are confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law. Confidentiality may be breached in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, in instances of money laundering, intentions of committing acts of terror, or offences against children. In such cases, we are obligated to inform the appropriate authorities.
By booking a session with Amy Cinnamond Hypnosis, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
We are committed to providing you with the highest level of service, utilising the latest information and techniques to support your personal journey toward improvement. Please be aware that hypnotherapy is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition, but rather to provide information and motivation to help you achieve your best potential and enhance your self-help skills.

This Privacy Policy discloses the policies of Amy Cinnamond, Doing Business As Amy Cinnamond Hypnosis : U2U Coaching. (“DCI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website(s) (the “Site”), DCI products (“Products”), web and mobile application(s) (“Apps” or “Applications”), and/or online service(s) (“Cloud Services”), you agree to DCI’s Privacy Policy. Product Usage Data.
We collect certain analytics information about your use of the Product and App (such as models, types or settings of the Products used, workflows used, indications selected, log files, buttons pressed, boot logs, temperature information, usage statistics, or support requests and results). We collect and use most of this information solely in anonymous and aggregate form, but maintain log files in identifiable form for a period of time for troubleshooting and other purposes. This information helps us improve our Product and Services, troubleshoot bugs, and analyze device errors. Cookies and Other Electronic Technologies. To help us make emails more relevant to you, we (may) receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from DCI if your computer supports such capabilities.
