Hi, I’m Amy Cinnamond…and a former Head of Year with over a decade in schools, supporting both students and staff through the daily pressures of school life and exams. 

Now, I work with young people and adults every day to help them reduce stress and anxiety, boost confidence, and navigate challenges feeling focused, motivated, and genuinely good about themselves.
